Our Pastor accepted Christ as his personal Saviour on April 4, 1987 during a Teen Service. The next day, he told his friend about his experience, he too accepted Christ. That experience, lit a burning desire to reach other’s with the simple Gospel message of Jesus Christ. The desire led him to a Bible college in the Midwest. There, while training for the ministry, he met Veronica. They were married in August of 1995 and they both graduated from college in 1998. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Pastoral Theology. Pastor Alvarez’s vision and God’s leading have brought about the starting of the Round Rock Baptist Church. He has a real heart for people and a great desire to serve the community. You will be blessed, encouraged, and inspired by attending the services of Round Rock Baptist Church.
