Pastor Alvarez and I met at work one month after he had started Round Rock Baptist. He invited me to the service both Julie and I accepted the invitation. It was during that time, Julie and I went through a very difficult time in our marriage. Pastor Alvarez counseled both of us and during the consultation Julie accepted Christ as her personal Saviour. Julie and I celebrated our 24-year anniversary this year and are closer than ever thanks to the Biblical advice we received.
